このe-ラーニングコースは、アメリカ人の顧客、同僚、サプライヤー、パートナーと適切にコミュニケーションを取り、仕事の生産性を向上するために必要な基礎知識を学ぶことを目的としています。
アメリカ人の価値観やワークスタイル、コミュニケーション方法、部下のマネジメント、上司とのコミュニケーション、そしてアメリカ人のビジネスパーソンと良好な関係を構築する方法などを取り上げています。
1回11分から19分の5モジュールで構成されており、アメリカ人と一緒に働く人が知っておくべき重要なことを簡潔にまとめています。5つのモジュールを見れば、アメリカでの仕事や、会議（リモート含む）、出張などに自信を持って臨むことができます。

This e-learning course is designed to give you the basics you need to know for working effectively with American customers, colleagues, suppliers and partners.
The topics covered are American values and work style, communication, managing Americans, reporting to an American manager, and business socializing.
The key things you'll need to know are conveyed concisely, in five modules ranging from 11 to 19 minutes each. After finishing, you'll feel prepared and confident for your assignment to work in the U.S., or for your next meeting, conference call or business trip.
This course is conducted in Japanese.
NOTE: While this course provides the basic knowledge needed to work successfully with Americans, it doesn't provide the same depth of information, interactivity and customization that a full-length live course does. Your Instructor
Rochelle Kopp is a management consultant specializing in cross-cultural communication, human resources, and organization development. She works with Japanese companies doing business globally and global companies doing business in Japan or working closely with Japanese companies. A veteran facilitator experienced in delivering training and consulting to participants from around the world, Rochelle frequently leads cross-cultural teambuildings and other programs for executives. She also works with many Japanese and non-Japanese leaders as an executive coach.
Rochelle works with Japanese companies, helping them to be more successful in their global operations, supporting effective management practices, organization development, and cultural training and teambuilding. She also has a particular interest in helping Japanese companies understand and learn from Silicon Valley. She also works frequently with global firms that have Japanese subsidiaries, customers, joint venture partners, and suppliers.
